Survey Manager July 2018

Storm Geomatics Limited is a specialist survey company that concentrates its resources in surveying for the
water engineering business. Our company has built a reputation amongst consulting engineers as being one of
the leaders in the capture of geo‐referenced data for river and flood plain modelling, still water surveys and
water based construction. We have an ambitious growth plan and are increasing our capacity and moving into
new and previously undiscovered markets.

The Job
Based at our new offices set to open in September 2018 in Shipston‐on‐Stour, Warwickshire.
Scheduling of resources in the most efficient manner to cover project preparation, meetings, site work, office
processing and quality control.
Effective management of our survey teams on a daily basis, ensuring that targets are being achieved and
projects are being delivered as scheduled.
Developing strategies to optimise the management processes throughout the operations team.
Monitoring performance of individuals and identifying areas for improvement or promotion within the
Meeting regularly with the company directors reporting on potential areas for strategic change to maintain or
improve efficiencies.
Ensuring the correct level of communication between the operations team and the client are maintained.

The successful applicant would ideally need the following skills and attributes.
