Storm Training & Development

Storm operate the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and the Approved Development Scheme (ADS).

The ADS is an agreement between Storm and the CICES that defines the training, development and experience that will be made available to recent entrants a new discipline or to established individuals who wish to progress towards a professional qualification.

Depending on previous experience the employee would normally aim for technical membership (TCInstCES) before progressing to full member (MCInstCES) designation.
