What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join us as a Trainee Surveyor. This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start a career in surveying — no prior experience necessary, just a love of the outdoors and a can-do attitude.

Your role will include:

• Assisting with field surveys and collecting high-quality data.
• Learning to operate cutting-edge surveying equipment and software.
• Working closely with experienced colleagues on a wide variety of projects.
• Travelling to different sites (including working away during the week).
• Following health, safety, and quality standards to the letter.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience of working outdoors or in physically demanding roles.
• A good level of physical fitness and willingness to work in all weathers.
• Full UK driving licence (clean).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Maths at grade C/4 or above).
• Able to swim confidently.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
• Positive, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ambitious and ready to take on a challenge.
• Local to Shipston or willing to relocate.
